Kayvan Daragheh is currently the Director of A&R @ Genius, he’s also the founder of the Kayvan’s House Community. He is a talent relations specialist and A&R with 5+ years in music journalism and over 500M views on content pieces he has worked on. He also has experience in live touring (CAA), artist management (Ashoka, Isaac Zale), and music production. Kayvan’s work at Genius has included everything from booking/pitching/interviewing talent for all of Genius original core video series, live events, booking talent for Genius’s branded content campaigns (past content campaigns have been with brands like Acura, HP, Burberry, Puma, HBO, Reebok, TikTok, and more), to signing artists as an A&R and project managing their releases from start to finish. Outside of his work at Genius Kayvan also curates playlists on Spotify and Audiomack, reviews independent artists music on twitch, and maintains a fast growing discord community of over 4,500 emerging artists, producers, and music fans.
