Lex on the Decks [Artist]

Having been DJing for many years, Lex started the Hot Girls podcast in 2020 to ask why the gender gap in music persisted. Over 5 seasons and nearly 100 episodes, the podcast landed in the Apple Music Top 10 Podcasts, and was featured by Esquire, BBCR2, and GRM Daily. She wrapped the podcast in 2022 to focus on production, of which she's largely self-taught.

Her debut single 'Never Change' (July 2022) was featured on Radio 1 Introducing Dance with Jaguar, as well as Apple New Dance, Amazon Fresh Dance & Spinnin. She has new releases planned for 2023, with Stress Records and Needwant.

She held a monthly radio residency on Bloop London, and has featured on other London stations as Foundation FM's 'One To Watch 2022' and Reprezent Radio. She has an underground house sound which incorporates tech, afro and minimal, transcending different spaces.
